Tried to do a DIY faucet install on an older home to find that it was significantly harder than normal. Received an instant reply and an amazing quote compared to other companies. There was more to the job then originally expected and they finished the job and didn't charge me extra! Would highly recommend them again for any plumbing type work.

We needed a new toilet installed, bathroom sink plumbing installed and our shower drain unplugged. Jesse came on time in a Saturday, worked quickly and got it all done for what we felt a fair price. We will be calling pure pros for any future needs! :)

Excellent job replacing the shower valve. The original valve/cartridge was in there for 50yrs and wasn't planning on coming out. Nathan And Jesse did a fantastic job putting in the new valve. I highly recommend Pure Pro Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

He was helpful and informative from the start. It is hard to find honest, good people, and these guys are that and plus GREAT at what they do! It was a big deal because others didn't even pick up our call, and we were preparing to travel the following morning. Further, Nathaniel was professional and found a solution. Highly recommended!

This plumbing company was the best and only one I will use from this point forward! I unfortunately noticed my water heater was leaking so after making a quick Google search I decided to use this company. To my surprise they were able to get the plumber out within the hour! The plumber Nathan was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through different options and the process of replacing my water heater. I also felt like the price was reasonable for the quality of service I got. He got the whole job done the same day and our hot water was up and running within a few hours!

The principal plumber is Nathaniel Mendivil, and he is not only excellent at his trade but an amazing human being as well. Kind, caring, professional, punctual, and always has a smile and a nice word. He did a great job on our whole home water softener and filter and reverse osmosis installs!

I received excellent service from Nathan Mendivil from Pure Pro Plumbing. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, can clearly explain complicated concepts and how they relate to your home, and is patient and will sit with you and talk you through everything you're facing. This is especially hard to do since the pipes are mostly underground and so it's not easy to visualize. He has clearly been doing this a long time, because he can identify different industry techniques and materials and if they are current with local civil codes and standards.
